The Storm combines multiple techniques I've used in various collections. It was created as my community learned that Hurricane Ian had formed and was heading toward Florida. I continued adding layers as the days passed, completing The Storm on the Thursday after the hurricane had moved through the Orlando area.
This painting measures 16 X 40 X 1.5 inches. It is varnished and pre-wired for ease of hanging.
